Matilda has very loud, obnoxious parents who don’t appreciate her love for knowledge. All she wants to do is read, yet her equally as obnoxious older brother keeps spitting spitballs at her. To top it all off, her principle was everyone’s worse drill sergeant nightmare. Although her life is no longer this miserable, I wanted to remember this moment to know whenever I’m stressed, overworked, or just plain miserable; I never had it as bad as Matilda.
